Bio

I’m the author of the workbook, “Don’t Let Your Emotions Run Your Life: How Dialectical Behavior Therapy Can Put You in Control.” I’m a therapist in practice at the Christian Counseling Center in Wichita, KS. I specialize in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), self-harm and suicidality, using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I love poetry, literature and geeking out on worldviews, psychology, religion etc. I’m in Catechesis at St. George Orthodox Cathedral in Wichita. I’ve been en route to the Orthodox Church for about 10 years, at least according to my calculations.
